Mr. Ali bin Abdulkarim Almanqour holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from King Saud University with honors, and a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Prince Sultan University.
Positions and Experience
Ali Almanqour is a senior executive, entrepreneur, and strategic leader with over 20 years of experience driving digital transformation across Saudi Arabia's government, financial services, and technology sectors.
He currently serves as Vice President of Digital Solutions at SITE (Saudi Information Technology Company), where he leads strategy, operating model design, and growth for a key digital delivery division.
He is also the Founder of Msegat Communication, a leading platform providing messaging and verification services to enterprises and government entities in the Kingdom.
Previously, Ali held senior leadership and advisory roles at:

with experience spanning insurtech, enterprise solutions, banking, and telecommunications.
