H.E. Mr. Ahmed Holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems from King Saud University. He has also completed executive education programs at London School of Economics and IMD Business School.

H.E. Mr. Ahmed has extensive leadership experience across government and private sectors, with a strong background in digital transformation, trade, and business development.
He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Vice Chairman of Alhulul Almobassatah Financial Company (SiFi).
He is a Board Member at several prominent organizations, including:
- Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Commission
- Communications, Space & Technology Commission
- Alinma Bank
- Retal Urban Development Company
- ACWA
- Saudi Airlines
- Ma'aden
