1. Campaign Name

2. Campaign Description
SiFi grants eligible customers 6 months free on the Essential Plan upon meeting the campaign requirements during the campaign period.
3. Campaign Period
The campaign runs from December 20, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
4. Eligibility
The campaign is open to all SiFi customers, both existing and new, provided they meet the campaign requirements within the campaign period.
5. Offer Requirements
To qualify for the offer, customers must complete 10 eligible card transactions during the campaign period.
6. Eligible Transactions
• Transactions must be made using a SiFi card.
• Each transaction must be at least 10 SAR.
7. Non-Eligible Transactions
❌ The following transactions will not count toward the campaign requirements:
• Money transfers via SiFi platform (Sarie service).
• Transactions associated with the following Merchant Category Codes (MCCs):
• Basic utilities and services: 4900, 5541, 5540
• Insurance and financial services: 5960, 6300, 6540
• Charitable and religious organizations: 8398, 8661
• Governmental and legal entities: 9211, 9222, 9223, 9311, 9399, 9402, 9405
8. Tracking & Verification
• Eligible transactions will be tracked automatically through SiFi systems.
• The total number of eligible transactions per customer during the campaign period will be calculated.
• SiFi reserves the right to review and verify customer eligibility before applying for the free subscription.
9. Application of Free Subscription
• The 6-month free Essential Plan will be applied to eligible customer accounts after the campaign period and verification of requirements.
• The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or converted into another offer.
10. General Terms
• This offer cannot be combined with other campaigns or promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• SiFi reserves the right to modify or terminate the campaign in accordance with applicable regulations.
• These Terms & Conditions are subject to the rules and regulations of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).
