Campaign Terms & Conditions
1. Campaign name
Accounting Integration – 6 months free subscription
2. Campaign description
SiFi grants eligible customers 6 months of free subscription to the Essential Plan upon successfully integrating their accounting system with SiFi and fulfilling all campaign requirements within the specified campaign period.
3. Campaign period
The campaign is valid from February 5, 2026, to March 5, 2026.
4. Eligible accounting systems
This offer applies only to integrations with one of the following accounting systems:
*Zoho
*Odoo
*Qoyod
5. Requirements to qualify for the offer
To qualify for the offer, customers must complete all of the following requirements during the campaign period:
Accounting integration and synchronization requirement:
The customer must successfully connect and activate an accounting system integration with SiFi, enabling ongoing, automated synchronization between SiFi and the connected accounting system (Zoho, Odoo, or Qoyod).As part of the integration:
At least 10 financial transactions must be successfully synchronized from SiFi to the connected accounting system during the campaign period.
The synchronization must be completed through the active integration and not through manual data entry or external processes.
The charts of accounts must be successfully imported into SiFi from the connected accounting system as part of the integration setup, either before or during the initial synchronization.
6. Eligibility
The campaign is open to all SiFi customers, both existing and new, provided that all campaign requirements are met within the campaign period.7. Tracking and verification
Eligible activities will be tracked automatically through SiFi systems.
The number of qualifying financial transactions will be calculated for each customer during the campaign period.
SiFi reserves the right to review and verify customer eligibility before applying the free subscription benefit.
8. Application of the free subscription
The 6-month free subscription to the Essential Plan will be applied to eligible customer accounts after the campaign period ends and all requirements have been verified.
The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or converted into any other offer.
After the free subscription period ends, standard subscription fees for the Essential Plan will apply unless the customer terminates the subscription prior to the end of the free period.
9. Data Synchronization Consent
By participating in this campaign, customers acknowledge and consent to the synchronization of their data with third-party accounting providers (Zoho, Odoo, or Qoyod) in accordance with SiFi’s Privacy Policy.
10. General terms
This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or campaigns unless explicitly stated otherwise.
SiFi reserves the right to amend or terminate the campaign at any time in accordance with applicable regulations.
