👥 Who Can Participate

🔹 New Customers

If you register as a new SiFi customer during the campaign period and activate your account, you’ll be automatically entered into the draw, no extra steps needed. Just top up your wallet and start spending using your SiFi card until your total eligible transactions reach SAR 20,000 during the campaign period. The more you spend, the higher your chances of winning!

🔹 Existing Customers

Already using SiFi? Perfect!

If you top up your wallet and use your SiFi card to spend during the campaign period, and your total Qualifying Transactions reach SAR 20,000 or more, you’ll be automatically entered into the draw. The more you spend, the higher your chances of winning!

🔹 Inactive Customers

Have an account but haven’t used it yet?

As soon as you activate your SiFi card, top up your wallet, and start spending on Qualifying Transactions during the campaign period, you’ll be entered into the draw, once your total spend reaches SAR 20,000 or more. Your entries start from your very first transaction!

🧠 How Are Winners Selected

Winners will be randomly selected at the end of the campaign (August 22) from:

• New customers who registered, activated their account, and spent SAR 20,000 or more on Qualifying Transactions during the campaign

• Existing customers who spent SAR 20,000 or more on Qualifying Transactions during the campaign

Note: Winners are selected based on the account, not the individual cardholder.

✅ Qualifying Transactions:

• Purchases made using the SiFi card on actual products and services
  

❌ Unqualifying Transactions:

• Financial transfers made through the SiFi platform (Sarie Service)

• Transactions associated with the following merchant category codes (MCCs):
  
  a) Utilities and Basic Services (4900, 5541, 5540)
  
  b) Insurance and Financial (5960, 6300, 6540)
  
  c) Non-Profit and Religious (8398, 8661)
  
  d) Government and Legal (9211, 9222, 9223, 9311, 9399, 9402, 9405)
