You can now download official Balance Confirmation Certificates directly from the Reports section inside SiFi. This certificate reflects the available balance as of a specific date and is formatted for formal use—ideal for audit processes, financial reporting, or internal approvals.

🧩 Where to Find It

• Go to Reports from the left navigation panel

• Select “Balance Confirmation Certificate”

• Choose the account type such primary account, budget or card

• Choose the date for which you want to generate the certificate

• Select PDF & CSV

• Click Download

🛡️ Why This Matters

This feature was built for:

• Finance teams preparing for internal audits or year-end closing

• External or internal auditors requesting third-party account verifications

• Controllers validating balances for reporting cycles

• Users who require verified proof of fund availability

• Month-end book closing

🔐 Permissions & Access

Only users with Finance or Admin roles and access to Reports can generate these certificates. Role-based visibility applies to account/card/budget level data.
